건설사업관리(CM) 성과측정을 위한 체크리스트 도출에 관한 연구

초록

The construction projects are lately tend to be larger, more complicated and more specialized than the before ones. In these projects, the risks of time delay, over budget and poor quality are existing. Construction Management(CM) is a procurement path to assign the responsibility for management. In general, construction manager is appointed according to the clients interests in terms of constraints and interests on time, cost, quality and in-houses human resources. Despite the growth of market, CM is at its naive stage yet in Korea. In this research, the new proposed alternative can be conducted for the strengthen the ability of CM ability and revitalization on the CM system.
