자기결정성이 빅데이터 정책 수용에 미친 영향: 광역자치단체 공무원의 인식을 중심으로

초록

This study aims to empirically examine the relationship between self-determination and policy acceptance intention. For this purpose, we construct research hypotheses and the research model through critically reviewing theories and empirical studies on self-determination and technology acceptance. The unit of analysis was the public official of metropolitan and provincial governments, and data were collected through an online survey using a structured questionnaire. The reliability and validity of measurements of latent variables in the research model were evaluated through internal consistency analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, respectively. Research hypotheses on relationships among latent variables were tested by path analysis, and the analysis results are as follows. First, the results show that self-determination affects perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and indirectly affects acceptance intention through perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Second, it was found that perceived ease of use did not affect perceived usefulness and acceptance intention, but played a mediating role in transferring the effect of self-determination to perceived usefulness and acceptance intention. Finally, perceived usefulness has a direct effect on acceptance intention, and it has also been shown to play a mediating role in transmitting the influence of self-determination to acceptance intention.
