재생건축 카페에 나타난 디자인 특성

초록

This study analyzes the design characteristics of renovated architecture cafes and presents basic data that can be utilized in the planning of renovated architecture cafes in the future. As a result, the analysis results of the three cafes are examined as follows. In terms of design characteristics for three cafes, time, symbolism, accessibility and materiality were generally good, but participation were quite low. In particular, time and symbolism were often found in the facade and preservation of past spaces and components. In materiality, all three cafes showed good contrast between old and new materials. However, the activation of programs through culture, arts and social infra was insufficient for participation, and it was considered necessary to supplement them. This research data can be utilized as a basic data for making the space for the future in the planning of the renovated architecture cafe. Also, it is necessary to analyze according to the characteristics of each design focusing on users of renovated architecture cafes in subsequent research.
