○ Each service model applying to U-Seoul and five New-town development strategies of Seoul had been examined. ○ The essential roles performed by public and private sectors are classified. Classified roles are suggested in the essential services and specialized model services that applied to New-town developments. ○ Essential services and the roles of public sector - Construct essential infra networks : set up the direction in domestic or backbone networks - Tasks for essential services : the essential service model adopted by all New-town developments and the roles of public - Integrated operating center : plan of construction ○ Specialized model services and the roles of private sector - Construct infra networks in a housing complex : optical cable network - Plan specialized models : additional considered service models that considered according to the characteristics of each New-town / classify the roles of public and private sectors on every models
