재판 관련 각종 일당 및 수당의 적정 수준과 결정 방식

초록

We suggest two principles for deciding compensation for attendants to the court. First, the attendants to the court should be distinguished between compulsory attendants and professional service providers. Second, payment to professional service providers should be made at the market price if the court expect to get reasonable level of professional service; but the payment to compulsory attendants should be made at the average wage of workers. We examined whether current compensation levels are consistent with these principles, and we get a positive answer. The court doesn’t need to make a drastic reform of the compensation structure; the court can manage them reasonably if they make routine adjusts every year according to inflation and regular check-up at every three to five years.
