초록

Thermotropic liquid crystal polymers have attracted a great deal of interest because of their potential application as high performance engineering plastics. TLCPs can be oriented to form fibrils under elongational or shear flow during melt processing, and the oriented fibrous structures are developed in the extruded TLCP, resulting in sekf-reinforcing characteristics.
