초록
Calcium phosphates have recently attracted attention as an ideal bone graft substitute because their chemical composition is similar to that of bone mineral. Compared with conventional methods, microwave assisted synthesis has the advantages of rapid growth, small particle size and narrow particle size distribution due to fast homogenous nucleation. A simple method to prepare calcium phosphate is performed using a precipitation method assisted with microwave heating method. Its properties were evaluated with thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX).
