3DAV, are we there yet?

The exploration activity on 3DAV has been quite a while within MPEG community. 3DAV is getting more attraction mainly from industry. As stated in M9820, Korea is among the conutries who prepare for immersive video broadcast in the foreseeable future. In order to help the standardization process regarding 3DAV, we have reviewed the existing exploration activities and would like to propose the following to MPEG.
