반성적 성찰을 위한 마이크로티칭 운영 사례 -자기수업컨설팅 모형을 중심으로-

초록

The purpose of this study was to improve fundamental competencies of preliminary teachers by shifting focus of micro-teaching programs from evaluation of teaching behaviors to reflective practice. To this end, this paper adopted a methodology of narrative study and used ricoeur’s mimesis as the theoretical framework. Based on the review, Self-consultation of instruction was applied to a micro-teaching programs of a college of education. This research employed the model to examine teaching demonstrations of 15 aspiring teachers in a college of education in Chungcheongbuk-do. Five meaningful conclusions were drawn from the results. First, the program provided the participants with the opportunities to enhance objective self-awareness. Second, the feedback from the peers rather than education experts was more acceptable to the subjects. Third, a multi-phase evaluation was more effective in identifying areas for improvements. Fourth, This had reduced anxiety, and obtained the design for their class. Lastly, the participants said they realized that in addition to the understanding of their major, multidisciplinary knowledge was important to be a good teacher. These conclusions indicate that Self-consultation of instruction is necessary for both pre-service and in-service teachers. And this study will be guidelines when you design the program for teachers, referencing participants‘s clear opinions.
