국내 기업 긍정심리자본 연구동향 분석

초록

[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to provide prospect through on positive psychological capital by analyzing registered publications on the Korea Citation Index between 2010 and 2019. [Methodology] For this, a total of 209 research publications were reviewed on research subjects, research topics and research methods. The publications were classified by the number of and ratio of papers published per year. [Findings] First, as a result of the analysis of the research subjects, most companies were general enterprises, but a lot of research was conducted in the service industry centered on human capital. Second, as a result of research variable analysis, antecedent variables were often studied for Authentic leadership, organizational culture, Transformational Leadership, stress, and outcome variables were often studied for job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Third, with regard to the research method, quantitative research method was most favored. [Implications] Based on such results, It is expected to contribute to the revitalization of positive psychological capital research by future research prospects and recommendations.
