Preparation of Porous Ceramic Pellet by Double Emulsion Method

Effects of parameters such as surfactant concentration, foaming ratio, polymer concetration, and stirring rates on the properties of pellet were investigated. Pellet size andrange of its distribution decreased with increasing the stirring rate of impeller in pelletizing process. The mean size of inner pores was 100마이크로미터 with a cationic surfactant as foaming agent.
