BIM 표준 모델링의 요구사항에 관한 연구 - 핀란드의 BIM 가이드라인 분석을 중심으로

초록

To make a smooth transition to the BIM-based 3D design, the guideline for such matters should be established first and the BIM environment needs to be standardized as well. Accordingly, those countries that plan to adopt BIM have been developing the guidelines for that. Those pre-active approaches to BIM would play an important role to reduce the possible errors and the wrongful performance in BIM modeling as well as to encourage the broad usage of BIM. From this point of view, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the overseas trend focused on Finland BIM guideline, define the requirements applicable to BIMmodeling and through these results figure out the aim of BIM-based design.
