초록
소화성궤양의 치료효과가 탁월한 치료제rebamipide사용시 atrophic gastritis, metaplasia등의 병변이 감소되었고, IL-1beta, TNF-alpha, IFN-gamma, IL-10등의 혈중치가 감소되었다. Telomerase활성도 또한 rebamipide사용에 의해 감소되었다.
