국민임대주택 임대료 결정에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

초록

The purpose of this study is to analze of factors on the rent system in national rental housing. Distinguished features were studied by division of areas such as metropolitan area and each local area, size of the development, and promotion year based on the planned project cost of 30 national rental housing complex districts set in the areas acheduled to be lifted of restrictions of development from 2002 to 2005. The results can be suggested as below. It is more effective to develop the complexes in middle or large sizes than small sizes to create a low-population-density and enjoyable living envrionment. It is necessary to find rental dcrease policies by discount the construction cost when it is difficult to improve floor space index or rate of provistioal disposition in consideration of an environmental-friendly development.
