예비교사 대상 미술과 수업 컨설팅 사례 연구

초록

The purpose of in art education is to give the chance of teaching a meaningful class and reflecting upon the practice, as well as to provide helpful information and support for improving teacher performance. Based on the concept of pre-service teacher centered consulting, class centered consulting, and reflection centered consulting, this study develops the content and methods of pre-service teacher consulting through a case study. The result of case analysis reveals that pre-service teacher consulting should be differentiated from in-service teacher consulting in the following aspects. First, pre-service teacher consulting should be regarded as the process of teacher preparation rather than as clinical supervision that purports to diagnose problems and make corrections. Second, pre-service teacher consulting should raise the pivotal and fundamental questions that allow pre-service teachers to reflect upon their teaching philosophy. Third,pre-service teacher consulting should include the preceding stage of classroom teaching, in which pre-service teachers enter in the unfamiliar environment of school, build the relationship with in-service teachers, and get to understand students.
