주중 여가통행 시간 및 거리의 영향요인에 관한 연구

초록

In this study, firstly, we analyzed the leisure travel behavior of housewives and unemployed who are the main subjects of leisure travel, focusing on the residents in the weekdays. The average time and distance spent for weekday leisure travel of housewives and unemployed were analyzed by region, transportation mode, and leisure activity type. Secondly, we analyzed how the weekday leisure travel has influence on the neighborhood environmental characteristics. It was analyzed how the leisure time and distance influenced the individual/household characteristics, the location/traffic characteristics, and the land use characteristics of the starting point of the travel. As a result of regression analysis, it was found that the gender, the number of preschool children, the type of residential housing, income level influenced on the weekday leisure travel, and the departure area, first transportation, bus and subway station access. Especially, through the analysis of the characteristics of land use characteristics, it was confirmed that the supply of commercial facilities affects the weekday leisure activity up to a certain area in the neighborhood zone.
