비대면 업무 환경에서 중간관리자의 의사소통 역할에 대한 질적 연구: 기업 A사를 중심으로

초록

The purpose of this study is to identify performance problems experienced by the middle managers who act as communication channels in remote work environments in the COVID-19 era and present appropriate roles for the middle managers to overcome the challenges. Middle managers play an important role in facilitating communication among the organization members, managing organizational changes, and helping members adapt to changes. New communication problems have occurred in remote working environments in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus. Thus, organizations face the needs to solve these challenges by developing work performance and re-identifying middle manager’s role.
