Inventory Management Policy for Supply Chains

초록

In this paper, we identify policies for inventory levels in light of multiple management objectives, and show that trade-offs among them can be significant with far reaching industry impact across the supply chain. Comprehensive data analysis with issues of integrating multiple mathematical models are illustrated from the Korean steel industry.
