자본주의 정신과 기업에 관한 연구: 평양지역기업을 중심으로

초록

This study is to explore the origin and fundamental spirit of capitalism rooted found in the spirit of Protestantism and ethics emerged in the sixteenth century. This study is to review the creation and development of capitalism spirit and enterprise and to explore the emergence and growth of modern western companies. In particular, the study is focused on the emergence and the current state of companies that have been formed in North Korea. The study is also focused on how the practice of healthy capitalism spirit should be linked with these North Korean enterprises. This study examines the market and the company structure in Pyongyang area and the logistics system in North Korea. This study is based on qualitative research and data is collected through the existing readvent literatures and experts from Pyongyang study. Based on the analyzed data, implications are provided, and the overall outline of the company’s ecosystem in Pyongyang region can be discussed. It is expected to be meaningful in terms of social development and social innovation for preparing for Korea unification in the future.
