초록
Domestic and international construction projects are becoming more and more complex and also bigger in scale. There is aneed for a fair management method that will enable prompt identification of the situation and rapid judgement and decision onalternatives. Thus, through advanced research and existing fair management methods used by projects, this research is to figureout the issues and draw up a possible managing method that is applicable.
