공동주택 마감공사의 작업 성취율 측정을 이용한 TACT 진도관리에 관한 연구

초록
The cost of finish works have a large proportion in apartment construction. so it has an important impact. The number of contractor are significantly many than number of frame work in apartment construction. Therefore, field managers must make exactly progress management by means of work load measurement and they must reflect in fieldwork. TACT is reasonable scheduling method that can reduce time delay and increasing cost in repetitive works. we analisis woks load of type and word cost of type, to educe TACT minimun works based on importance, and improve efficiency of schedule management.
