시스템 다이내믹스를 이용한 턴키공사의 클레임 요인 분석 및 개선방안 제시

초록

Recently the occurrence of claims in the construction industry continues to grow, Amount of claims as a percentage of the total contract amount considerably greater. There are a lot of claims in the turnkey system due to the nature, effects of the claim are considerable because most turnkey construction are too big and complicated. Recently, studies on claim in the turnkey system have been conducted. As fractional claim factors are derived, information about the relation and flow between each factor hasn’t provided. So, this study is purposed that the dynamic analysis on the generation and change of claim factors is conducted. Through this study, it is found that Factors occurred in each stage have a relation each other. And this study is useful to predict the possible outcomes when the claim factors are occurred and to prepare.
