An Experimental Study on Ductile Capacity of Steel Fiber High-Strength Reinforced Concrete Tied Columns

초록

Studies have shown that high strength concrete(HSC) is more brittle in compression than normal strength concrete(NSC) and that the confinement provided to HSC is less effective than in NSC. Steel fiber can increase HSC compressive strength and ductility. Compressive concrete Strength of specimens is 50 Mpa and spacing of transverse reinforcement is 130 mm. The purpose of this study is evaluating ductile capacity of steel fiber high-strength reinforced concrete tied columns.
