갈등관리의 인문학적 성찰- 장자(莊子)의 재해석과 밀양 송전탑 사례에의 적용 -

초록

This study reviews conflicts regarding power-line towers in Miryang in terms of lessons of Chuang-tzu. Often Chuang-tzu is misunderstood to be transcendental and mystical. However, Chuang-tzu has plenty of social implications. This study focuses on such social implications of Chuang-tzu and applies those to the frame of dispute resolution. In terms of dispute resolution, the lessons of Chuang-tzu are as follows: acknowledging the other; respecting it; abandoning prejudice; acknowledging relativity; emptying oneself; filling creative alternatives in the empty one; and meditating the situation. In the point of Chuang-tzu’s views, the government has followed no basic principle in the conflict of Miryang.
