생태건축의 지역적 특성에 관한 연구 - 서울시 공공청사를 중심으로 -

초록

The ecological architecture was devised to solve a environmental pollution and destruction of the environment. A concept of the ecological architecture is to graft an ecology onto an architecture. This has been studied in a design plannig, certification, green building and so on. This study focuses on a regional characteristic, one of the characteristics of ecological architecture. The ecological architecture considers an natural environment of a building so, it necessarily considers a regional factors like features of an natural environment in the region, regional contexts or life of a resident. The purpose of this study is to analysis how regional characteristics of the ecological architecture are applied in the public offices which was built by ecological architectural way. The scope of this research is focuses on public offices in Seoul, which acquired the green building certification. And the main method is literature review and case studies. The results are as follows: First, in an aspect of a connection with a regional nature, natural light and a harmony with a lie of the land are shown but natural ventilation, uses of regional- natural materials and a shape of traditional building environment are not shown. Second, a connection with a regional society is well applied through open-spaces or programs. Third, landscapes of all of the cases are proper and a planting systems are also applied. However, a ecological design factors are not applied sufficiently. Therefore, regional characteristics of the ecological architecture have to be utilized more variously in the design plannig of the public office, ecological architecture by extension.
