화력발전소 보일러 과열기 및 재열기용 내열강관의 열화 평가
Degradation of Heat Resistant Steel Tubes used for Superheater and Reheater in Thermal Power Plant Boilers

초록
Heat resistant steel tubes used for superheater and reheater in #3 Dangjin drove more than 10 years and #5 Ulsan drove more than 30 yaers were evaluated degradation through visual inspection, dimensional inspection, hardness test and metallographic examination. As a result of degradation evaluation, Degradation of heat resistant steel tubes with long-term operating hours and high temperature environment in #5 Ulsan was conducted quite a lot. Also degradation is influenced by high temperature and operation period. We can observe degradation condition of tubes through the hardness test and the metallographic examination.
