한국의 디자인조기교육 현황과 과제

초록

The research was stared with the point; it is necessary to reform the creative early education of design in Korea, based on fusion education with diverse field of subjects. The key point of creative education is advancement. In other word, creative education will cultivate the ability to predict their future. Therefore, this research looked at the present condition in Korean and explored problems and possibilities. As the result of analysis of current situation, as convergence education is emphasized in Korean educational field because of acknowledging its effectiveness, social interests and investment are gradually increased for the early education of design in Korea, compared with the past. However, the spread of the early education of design was limited because of the notion and lack of awareness about design education, the lack of contents, related with design education in art textbooks and the lack of administration and researchers. Especially, the obscurity of assessment system in early education of design interrupts the commitment of design education into school education field. Therefore, this research will aim to cultivate creative people by seeking diverse researches and social support, which might expand the value and philosophy of design.
