항공사 객실승무원의 심리적 특성, 인상관리행동, 조직시민행동, 팀성과 간의 구조적 관계 연구 - 통합 PICP 모형 제시 -

초록

The purposed of this study were 1) to analyze the impression management behavior by self consciousness and self-esteem of the cabin crew’s psychological traits, 2) to analyze the organizational citizenship behavior by impression management behavior, 3) to analyze the team performance by organizational citizenship behavior, Comprehensively the integrated PICP (Psychological traits, Impression management behavior, Citizenship behavior, Performance) model presents the correlation between psychological traits, impression management behavior, organizational citizenship behavior and team performance. The author organized conceptual model, and structural equation modeling was used to test the hypotheses. The proposed conceptual model was empirically tested via structural equation modeling analyses using data collected from 260 domestic airline’s cabin crews who have experienced more than two years of flying. This study supports that 1) subordinate concept of self consciousness and self-esteem partially affect to impression management behavior, 2) impression management behavior significantly affects to organizational citizenship behavior, 3) organizational citizenship behavior significantly affects to team performance.
