초록

JunAbstractThe CM capacity assessment has been administered since 2003 in order to provide objective and accurate information to theowner for construction manager's ability. It was expected to contribute to stabilizing construction project management systemand vitalizing the management of construction projects in the construction market. However, companies that participate in theCM capacity assessment is not exactly the same every year and a lot of data is not enough. In addition, the CM capacityassessment of the material is not actively used. In this study, the past 10 years from 2002 to 2011 changes in productivityperformance by the CM are analyzed using the Malmquist productivity index techniques.
