대학생의 인지적 유연성과 대학생활 적응 및 우울의 관계: 진로미결정의 매개 효과 검증

초록

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relations between cognitive flexibility, college students's adjustment, depression and the mediating role of career indecision in these relations. For this study, 460 college students were recruited. Results were as follows. First, cognitive flexibility was positively associated with college student's adjustment and negatively associated with depression. Second, career indecision was negatively associated with college adjustment and positively associated with depression. Third, career indecision was mediated the relation of cognitive flexibility_alternative with college students' adjustment and depression. But career indecision was not mediated the relation of cognitive flexibility_control with college students' adjustment and depression Finally, meaning and limitation of this research and implication to counseling strategies and intervention were discussed in detail.
