은유 개념의 허상과 실상

초록

The purpose of this study is to identify actual and false concept of metaphor and to verify need of redefining concept of metaphor. In order to accomplish this purpose, the following research questions are constructed. 1) Is grammatical markers revealing the similarities of vehicle and tenor the appropriate criteria to classify the metaphor and simile? 2) Is ‘similarity’ a necessary and sufficient condition of metaphor? 3) Is same the concept of metaphor of the East and metaphor of the West? It can be seen as follow. Conventional concept of metaphor is defined too formal and superficial, and it has been used in a narrow sense. The similarities and dissimilarities action to create a metaphor. Lastly, we propose the term to distinguish the complex metaphorical concept, trope metaphor and interpretive metaphor.
