생활교통형 자전거도로의 주변 토지이용 특성을 반영한 유형별 서비스 질 평가

초록

The purpose of this study is to estimate the service quality of community bicycle road in user’s perspective and suggest the political implications. The study examines the characteristics of each type of community bicycle road which is divided by the legal criteria and land use characteristics by using the IPA(Importance Performance Analysis). As a result of the study, firstly, the evaluation items suggested by the users are ‘Clarity of Direction’, ‘Crackdown on Illegal Parking’, ‘Management of Obstacles’, ‘Grade Separation Facility’. Those items have the common characteristics as low satisfaction, high importance. Secondly, the research found the management problems of illegal parking and obstacles on the community bicycle road in Song-pa, Seoul. Thirdly, the importance and performance of each items are different depending on the type of community bicycle road. In particular, the user’s perception and items in need of improvement are different according to the land use characteristics even in the same bicycle-pedestrian combination road. The study suggests policy makers and local governments to consider the items by the type of community bicycle road when installing or managing the community bicycle road in order to achieve political goals.
