AHP 기법을 활용한 BIM 설계 업무 효율 향상을 위한 정성적 요인의 중요도 평가에 관한 연구

초록

Efforts to revitalize BIM are steadily increasing, starting with the guidelines of the domestic Public Procurement Service. However, it is difficult to effectively utilize BIM due to obstacles such as lack of awareness of the necessity of BIM and lack of educational opportunities for production tools. As a way to solve this problem, research comparing the existing method and the BIM method through quantitative indicators has been preceded, but there is a limitation that qualitative factors affecting work efficiency have not been considered. Accordingly, this study will derive qualitative factors affecting the efficiency of BIM work and evaluate the importance of each factor. Importance is a priority that affects the efficiency of work, and it can present an effective plan when establishing a BIM work plan.
