초록

Many countries around the world are enforcing low-energy and environmentally-friendly policies. In Korea and elsewhere, environmentally-friendly construction certification such as GBCC, LEED, BREEAM, and CASBEE enable sustainability evaluation on buildings. However, the supplementary data inputted to determine environmental quality level and items evaluated for sustainable construction are still in early stages in their approach, because of the inadequate environment that can quickly process and determine the building data inputted by a user and provide prompt feedback to it. Therefore, this study attempts to suggest Green BIM Template (GBT) built by BIM-based platform for evaluation data in order to quantitatively approach and obtain environmentally-friendly building certification.
