지방정부 출자･출연기관 경영평가지표의 개선방안에 관한 연구: 대전광역시의 사례

초록

This study has devoted to suggest improved management evaluation index that could be applied to the local government's investment agency such as 6 investment agencies of Daejeon metropolitan city based on the empirical survey and analysis by analytic hierarchy process. In this study, validity and importance weight of currently used evaluation indexes are evaluated by staffs in 6 investment agencies and specialists in this field by questionnaire in order to extract the most effective group of evaluation indexes. The result of analysis shows that importance weight of large scale evaluation index such as leadership and strategy, management system and management performance changes according to the characteristics of each agency. Concludingly, leadership, ethical management, vision for evaluating leadership and strategy, organizational management, personnel management, financial management, business activity for evaluating management system, business profits, accordance with city policy, client satisfaction for evaluating management performance are suggested as more proper detailed evaluation indexes for investment agencies of local government.
