대중교통전용지구 평가항목의 도출 및 중요도 분석에 관한 연구

초록

The purposes of this paper are two-folds under the condition that the Transit Mall has been recognized as a significant alternative according to the carbon-free urban policy as well as demonstrates an important role in establishing urban regeneration era. First, the study introduces the major evaluating factors for designating the Transit Mall in urban area. Secondly, it also estimates the significance of the factors and reveals the meanings of the estimates associated with the factors. Based on the previous studies, it is found out that the sector of the walking environment improvement is utilized in evaluating the potential transit mall in addition to the sectors of both activating transportation and real estate. As a result, twelve factors which are divide by three sectors are introduced for evaluating transit mall. On the basis of the AHP analysis, it is found out that urban and real estate as well as transportation specialists recognized the impotance of the public transportation rather than real estate. They also acknowledge the existence of urban landscape and walking environment. The number of public transportation and floating population have priority over the detour road and the main department store in terms of the transportation and real estate sectors, respectively. the scale of pedestrian and the existence of land mark are much more important than the image in the sector of urban landscape and walking environment. As a policy implication, the results of the study emphasizes that the sector of urban landscape and walking environment should be reinforced when evaluating the potential transit mall. It also indicates that public transportation and floating population are significant factors.
