A Study on the Strategy of Digital Technology Utilization in Energy Sector’s New Industries : From the perspective of technology convergence patterns, innovation effects and prediction

초록

The paper aims to establish the strategy of digital technology utilization in the energy sector’s new industries. Using the association rule mining, it was analyzed that the convergence pattern between digital and non-digital technologies has a relatively higher degree of convergence than the convergence pattern between digital technologies or non-digital technologies. Using network analysis, it was confirmed that the innovation effects of digital technology in the energy sector’s new industries is gradually increasing, and the domain/topics that are mainly used for each digital technology group were analyzed. In addition, through link prediction method, a potential convergence relationship with a high possibility of convergence of digital technologies in the future energy sector’s new industries was derived. As implications, the necessity of cooperative networking between digital and non-digital technology groups, the establishment of a research roadmap through matching digital technology groups by domain, and the possibility of using future convergence research are presented.
