초록

Polyaniline has excellent advantages with respect to synthesis, doping character, cost, environmental stability, and nanostructures of polyaniline are great interest since they combine the properties of low-dimensional organic conductors with high surface area materials. In this research, Polyaniline nanofiber (PANI-NF) doped with p-touluenesulfonic acid (TSA) was synthesized by template free method. The formation of PANI-NF was confirmed with their morphological observation. It was found that the morphology of PANI-NF was significantly affected by the concentration of TSA. The variation in the morphology of PANI-NF of grain, rod, fiber and grain was observed with increasing concentration of TSA. It is related to the hydrotropic behavior of TSA, and the growth of nanofiber is assumed that polyaniline gradually and orderly aggregated in micelles of sulfonic group for TSA, and it forms PANI-NF due to the acidity of the aniline monomer. The conductivity of PANI-NF doped with various concentration of TSA was 10-3 ~ 10-1 S/cm. The diameter and length of synthesized PANI-NF was 120~180 nm and 600 ~ 2000 nm, respectively.
