복잡계 사고로 분석한 저탄소 녹색관광의 위상과 시사점

초록

This study is to find out the phase of low-carbon green tourism in our society as to illuminate low-carbon green tourism with Complex System Concept. This study used the metaphoric analysis and system thinking to analyze low-carbon green tourism. This study concluded that the concept and cognition of low-carbon green tourism is still chaos situation. There are some uncertainties that although public area is leading the green tourism policy, whether the policy spreads out to tourism enterprises, tourists, local communities, and tourist sites, whether the factors consisted of green tourism were finally builded up to positive cause-effect relationships, and whether the relationships create co-evolution effects. There are some efforts to build up successive low-carbon green tourism that are participation of private areas, financial support of tourism industries to remodel tourism facilities for low-carbon facilities, expansion of range of tourism enterprises, adaptation of holistic approach, human beings' will and action to implement green tourism, and preparation of Post Kyoto Protocol.
