위치정보기반 대학 캠퍼스 공간관리 시스템 구축에 관한 연구

초록

The space information of the university campus in which spaces with each characteristic exist variously changes everyday and systematic arrangement about the changes is realistically difficult. The drawing information composing the space management of the existing system for managers is based on an application called Auto CAD and in case of the campus map for general users, due to mostly implementation through volume visualization of 2.5 dimensions, the rectification and understanding of space is difficult. In addition, the overall information implemented for space information and maintenance of facilities requires many expenses and time and the efficient reflection and maintenance operation of changes after implementation should be ordinarily continued. Accordingly, this study has the purpose to perform efficient space management and facility management operation by applying the expression technology of 3D model based on Internet and implementing the space information including structures with small expenses to systematically and efficiently manage through utilization of BIM data as a prototype utilizable with the practical methodology for the creation, management and compatibility of dynamic data in the real time web environment.
