고객 중심의 인테리어 설계를 위한 BIM 적용 방안

초록

The housing business environment is changing from quantitative diffusion-driven in the past to the value and quality-conscious lifestyle of the residents such as comfort and convenience of life, etc. in nowadays. Therefore, custom-design which is needs to learn the customer requirements and manage the information can increase the work the project participants and arise many problems during the construction. In this study, design tasks will analysis for the way to enough reflect feedback from our customers applying BIM which is recently the construction industry in many ways to utilize. Analysis between existing the customeroriented interior design process and those applying for process then, it will find the features on shown the application of BIM. The range of this study is focusing on the final interior design materials, and analysis of work effectiveness. Additionally, this study can be used for basic data for doing work effectively to construction project participants
