가상 배열 공간과 가시각을 이용한 충돌위험도 판단 알고리즘

초록

In these days, the collision warning and avoidance s ystems are gettin g more interest because these systems save lives and reduce se vere in juries. F or this reason, EURO N CAP and NHTSA are goin g to include the assessments of these systems to e valuate safety level of the veh icle. H owever, it is not simp le to estimate the collision risk in order to make the decision of which obstacles w ill collid e with the host veh icle. This paper describes how to calculate the collision r isk using the virtual configuration space w ith the geometric collision cone and the visible angle in automotive applications.
