한국 지식서비스산업의 육성 및 지원 방안

초록

The purpose of this study is to explore policy support measures to innovate the knowledge service industry through analysis and evaluation of Korea's knowledge service industry support policy. Limitations of the knowledge service industry in Korea were pointed out, such as the small scale of the knowledge service industry, the dispersion of government support policies, the weakness of the industry-university-research linkage system, the nationwide uniformity of support policies, and the weakness of the knowledge and technology management and sharing system. Accordingly, the following are proposed as a support policy for the development of Korea's knowledge service industry.First, the expansion of financial support. The support system should be expanded so that funds can be raised through various channels, such as expanding financial loans for start-up and operation, and expanding venture fund support for start-ups. It is also necessary to expand financial support along with the tax reduction and exemption system. The second is to nurture and attract professional manpower. Third, a support policy is required to strengthen the cooperative network between the knowledge service industries. Fourth, differentiated support policies according to location characteristics are desirable. Finally, it is necessary to prepare policy measures to foster and support KIBS, which are not active in Korea.
