국내 공공디자인의 연구 동향

초록

Public design certification which is used in evaluating public designs, is evaluated by experts, so there is a shortage of user-centered public design research and evaluation. For an evaluation, from the perspective of users, therefore, this study analyzed the preceding studies on public designs and used them as basic data of the study. For this study, the concept of public design was defined, based on public design-related volumes, academic journal papers and dissertations, and the scope of the study was limited to the preceding studies on the classification characteristics of public facilities and the research trends of Seoul public design guidelines. In the preceding studies on public facilities, the researchers put the biggest emphasis on safety and in the research trends of Seoul public design guidelines, the study on the guidelines was a general topic, but there was a lack of public design evaluation and analysis. In conclusion, it is considered that further study needs to evaluate and analyze public designs, from the perspective of users.
