초록
This is an ethnographic study targeting the HRD project team of Corp. A. This study investigated the process of the HRD practitioner constructing an activity system based on cultural-historical context, overcoming contradictions, and expanding the system. The HRD practitioner's activity system that was formed from this background came to hold a Functional HRD perspective. The HRD practitioner's activity system was formed for the purpose of "strengthening members' job competencies to improve performance." The activity system consists of three activities: designing curriculum, developing learning contents, and implementing the program. The HRD practitioner’s activity system expanded in the areas of the subject's active role, the range of communities sharing the same purpose, modification and application of roles, and tools by hands-on experience. In this study, when identifying the expansion of the HRD practitioner's activity system, not only was it focused on the external actions, but it also did discover and interpret the implicit culture, which underlie actions. This will help understand the comprehensive situational context, where the HRD practitioners are put in reality, the flow of thinking and the meaning of the activity.
