Rhodium Catalyzed Dimerization-Cyclization of 1,6-Enynes

초록

Cationic Rh(+1) species, generated from RhCl(PPh3)3 plus silver triflate or silver tetrafluoroborate catalyzed alkyne-alkyne coupling to yield the conjugated enynes.Various enynes under the same conditions underwent such dimerizations and subsequent cyclizations with a pendant double bond to give bicyclic compounds in very high yields.
