칸트의 의무론적 윤리학과 코스가드의 신칸트적 구성주의
초록
Kant's practical philosophy counts as deontological ethics. It derives from the concepts of good will and obligation the categorical Imperative as a universal moral law. The categorical Imperative reflects the normative necessity of the human being, whose morality should be grounded in practical reason independent of the authority of God and the empiricity of man. On a view of neo-Kantian constuctivism Korsgaard tries to defend the categorical Imperative as the principle of rational will. She introduces the concept of practical identity which is the constitutive principle of rational agency. A person constituted as agency can stand at a reflective distance from the motives and be capable of acting for reasons. The normativity of rational agency is grounded on the self-constitution and the self-government. Her Analysis depends on the Constitutional Model of the soul. Some argue that Korsgaard’s conception of action fails to resolve the Regress problem and self-authenticating account. Notwithstanding, the appeal to the self-constitution and the constitutive principle of action as the attempt to ground morality on rationality seems to convince us of the conformity of practical identity with normativity.
