도심 근교형 실버타운의 주거공간 내 유비쿼터스 홈 서비스 현황 연구

초록

As Korea recently entered the aged society, the aging population causes serious social problems. New silver industry, silver town for old people receives the attention, considering such rapidly changing social phenomena, and accordingly desires for welfare services are getting diverse. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze Ubiquitous Home Service application status which is being specifically implemented in a residential area in urban suburban type silver town to prepare for aging society in the rapidly changing society and to present the direction that urban suburban type silver town should go forward. This study selected three downtown and suburban type silver towns that are located in capital areas and opened in recent three years, visited the site, and collected data through the interview, photo-shooting, and related homepages. In addition, it derived four items of convenient, happy, healthy, safe services commonly mentioned about ubiquitous home service by grasping the concept through theoretical analysis and analyzing precedent studies and analyzed the application of home service in residential space. As the comprehensive results of reviewing and analyzing three silver towns,there are similar types of services in residential space and mostly are healthy services. On the other hand, convenient service and happy service are only a few so more study and development of convenient services are required for the plan of futuristic and downtown and suburban type silver towns.
