공공데이터 기반 건물 에너지 진단을 위한 Change Point Model 사용 방안에 관한 연구
A Study on Change Point Model Application Method for Public Open Data Introduced Building Energy Diagnosis

초록
The purpose of this paper is aimed to investigate an influence of the data resolution on building energy diagnosis fordetermination of high carbon emission buildings, especially with the Change Point Model(CPM) methodology. From theresearch of U.S. department of energy(DOE), least squared method is selected as the regression fitting methodology dueto the similarity of the purpose. Hourly data of a building for an year is preprocessed, and diagnosed along the CPM processwith the different time resolution. The result showed that the monthly data is appropriate for detecting change point whenit is compared to the daily data even with the low resolution condition.
