Au(I)-Catalyzed Cyclization of Trichloroacetimidate: An Efficient Route to 1,2 and 1,3 Amino Alcohols
초록
Trichloroacetimidates derived from a variety of propargyl and homopropargyl alcohols underwent a smooth 5-exo and 6-exo cyclization, respectively. These compounds are potential precursors to a variety of 1,2 and 1,3-amino alcohols.
